1. Service Overview

Dunes Buggy provides transportation services within the Palmetto Dunes community. Rides are requested through this website and are subject to availability, scheduling, and operational constraints.

2. Eligibility

This service is available only to Palmetto Dunes residents and authorized guests. You may be required to verify your residency or guest status.

3. Ride Requests

All ride requests must be submitted for the next day or later.
The daily cutoff time for next-day bookings is 8:00 PM.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
Ride times may be adjusted based on demand and routing efficiency.

4. Pickup and Wait Policy

Please be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time.
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes before departing.
If you miss your ride, a new request may be required.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a ride through your dashboard or by contacting the office.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may impact future booking priority.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must follow all driver instructions and safety guidelines.
Seat limits must be respected.
Special requests (cargo, mobility assistance, etc.) must be disclosed when booking.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Service Limitations

Dunes Buggy operates within designated areas and hours. Service availability may be affected by weather, demand, maintenance, or other operational factors. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust service when necessary.

8. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Do not share your login credentials.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

9. Liability

Dunes Buggy is not responsible for delays, missed appointments, or service interruptions. While we strive to provide reliable transportation, use of the service is at your own discretion.

10. Changes to Service or Terms
